Affiliate & Creator
Partnerships Manager

Remote  Full-Time  

UL has built its following organically — through word of mouth, the right people wearing the right pieces, and content that looks like it was never meant to be an ad. We're looking for an Affiliate & Creator Partnerships Manager to grow that ecosystem intentionally: finding and recruiting the creators who already live in our world, managing our affiliate platform, and making sure the best content ends up where it can do the most work.

  • Own and operate our affiliate platform (Social Snowball or Super Affiliate) end-to-end
  • Proactively identify and recruit creators whose aesthetic aligns with the UL universe
  • Manage outbound outreach and onboarding of new affiliate partners
  • Coordinate UGC licensing and usage rights for high-performing creator content
  • Brief our media buying team on content cleared for paid amplification
  • Track affiliate performance and optimise the programme on an ongoing basis
  • 2–4 years in affiliate or creator partnerships, ideally at a DTC fashion or lifestyle brand
  • Hands-on experience with Social Snowball, Impact, or a comparable platform
  • Proven outbound experience — you've recruited creators, not just managed inbound applicants
  • Familiarity with UGC licensing basics is a strong plus
  • Genuinely lives in the aesthetic — you get cool-girl fashion without being briefed

Wholesale
Manager

Remote  Full-Time

UL has earned its place in the wardrobes of some of the most stylish women on the planet — and we're ready to put that in more stores. We're looking for a Wholesale Manager who comes with their own relationships at department stores, specialty boutiques, and international accounts, and the drive to open doors we haven't walked through yet. This is a hunter role for someone who already knows the buyers worth calling.

  • Develop new wholesale accounts across specialty boutiques, department stores, and international markets
  • Manage and grow existing wholesale relationships, driving reorders and seasonal buy-ins
  • Manage line sheets, order forms, and seasonal sell-in materials with the creative team
  • Provide seasonal sell-through reporting and buyer feedback to inform design decisions
  • Minimum 5 years in women's contemporary wholesale, at a brand or in a showroom
  • Existing, active relationships with buyers at department stores and specialty retailers — non-negotiable
  • A track record of opening new accounts, not just managing inherited ones
